Upper Austria is a European region with a rich cultural life and a vivid creative economy. This potential is a crucial factor of the successful development of our region in the 21st century. As CREA.RE lead partner the Cultural Department has large experience in the coordination of interregional co-operation projects. It is furthermore responsible for the development and implementation of a wide range of cultural activities and measures including the support of the regional creative sector, as well as the implementation of the EU regional programmes in Upper Austria related to culture.
